Shipping

All orders placed online are eligible for our $9.95 flat rate shipping. We ship Monday-Friday, except on holidays. Most items are in-stock and are processed to ship same day or next day via UPS ground from Jacksonville, FL when orders are received by Noon EST. You can use the map below to estimate your shipment’s transit time. You will receive your tracking number via email and can track your shipments at www.ups.com.  Next day, 2 day, and 3 day guaranteed shipment options are also available upon request. NOTE: The flat rate shipping is only valid on UPS ground shipments within the continental US.

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world; however, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price less a 25% restocking fee.  The restocking fee is waived on product exchanges.

 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.  You can also initiate a return by completing the “Contact Us” form. Simply list your best contact information, a brief description, and your order number. A customer service representative will review the return request and respond via email with further instructions on completing the return.

 

If the return is a result of a Hydropure error or UPS damage in shipping, we will gladly process the product exchange at no charge. We will process the replacement shipments same day or next day and will email you a UPS shipping label at no charge to send back the incorrect or defective items. All you have to do is drop off the package at any UPS store or to any UPS driver, and we will do the rest.

 

Refunds

We process most refunds within 1-3 business days of receiving your items and will notify you via email once the refund is completed on our end. All refunds are submitted back to the original card used to make the initial purchase.

 

NOTE: The actual refund processing time varies greatly per customer. You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned package from the shipper (5-7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request and return the money to your account (3-7 business days).

For some small items and international shipments, we may also ship via USPS Priority Mail.
