You can place orders online or by phone by calling our Customer Service at 904-730-6726. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm EST.

 

We accept all credit and debit cards with the Visa, Mastercard, or Discover logos. If you experience any problem while placing an order online, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Checks and money orders are accepted only when placing orders by phone, and product cannot ship until payment is received.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed over the phone are not eligible for the promotional flat rate shipping of $9.95.

 

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service immediately via our “Contact Us” form or by calling our office at 904-730-6726. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm EST.  If your order has not yet shipped, we can make changes at no additional charge. Once the order has shipped, additional fees may apply.
